•Unopened Packages: If you receive your order and wish to return it, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the package, provided that the package remains unopened and is in its original, intact condition.

•Opened Packages: Returns for opened or used items are accepted within 7 to 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that these returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

•Unopened Items: For returns made within 7 days of receipt with unopened and intact packaging, you will receive a full refund once the item is received and inspected.

•Opened Items: For returns made between 7 to 30 days after receipt, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling and processing costs.

•Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

5. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product in a different size, color, or specification, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
